9 buildings were affected from wind/rain damage, causing mold growth in each building. The dry-down and mold remediation had a tight timeline due to the start of the summer concert season. Continuing storms re-affected several areas during the mitigation process. ACR Services performed a roof cover, extracted water and set up drying equipment in all 9 buildings. Demolition of drywall, ceiling tiles, insulation was done along with treating the area for mold. All 9 buildings were up and running for the start of the concert season.
