A pipe burst affecting three units of the business park. All three units were occupied at the time of the loss, and they all needed to continue operate during the dry-down. ACR Services performed an emergency extraction and set up drying equipment in all three units. Demolition of affected drywall and insulation was done to expedite the drying process. Contents needed to be manipulated and protected but still be utilized by the tenants.
