ACR Services DKI was contacted by a homeowner to do an emergency service dry down of a property in Chino, California. The homeowners washing machine overflowed, which affected her laundry room, kitchen, pantry and dining room.

Upon arrival the homeowner disclosed that the property was built in the 1930’s (pre 1982 structures have a potential for asbestos in their building materials). Based on that information, we were limited in the techniques we could use to dry down the structure.

ACR Services DKI responded to emergency service water damage on a Wednesday night, for a medical center in Redlands, California. One of their fire sprinklers accidentally went off on the third floor affecting both the second and third floors.

ACR Services DKI’s crews worked through the night so that the medical facility could see patients the next day. Using state of the art techniques and drying equipment the property was dried by Saturday and the medical facilities construction crew was on site that weekend to do the restoration.

By Monday morning there were no signs that ACR Services DKI was ever at the property.

The owner of an apartment complex in San Bernardino, California contacted ACR Services DKI to dry out two apartments. The upper unit had a supply line that leaked saturating it, the unit below and the crawl space under the property.
